Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Vivimo (vivimoai.com) is an image to video AI service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who processes it.
What we collect
Account: if you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password.
Photos and videos: photos you upload are sent to our video-generation provider to make your video. Uploaded photos are deleted after 7 days and finished videos after 30 days.
Payments: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we receive the amount, currency and a payment reference.
Usage: to run the free preview limit we store a random browser ID and a one-way hash of your IP address, together with how many previews were made each day.
Waitlist and contact: if you leave your email or write to us, we keep your message and email address.
Technical logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
We use this data to make your videos, keep your credits and purchases, prevent abuse of the free preview, answer support requests and send you important account messages. We do not sell or rent your data, we do not build advertising profiles, and we never use your photos to train AI models.
Who processes it
Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, database and storage), Stripe, Inc. (payments), Google LLC (sign-in) and WaveSpeedAI (video generation). These providers may process data outside your country.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, including your account, at any time by writing to hello@vivimoai.com.
