Refund Policy

Vivimo sells one-time credit packs for generating AI videos. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Failed renders

If a video fails to generate, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Unused packs

You can ask for a full refund of a pack within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any of its credits.

Partly used packs

Once some credits from a pack have been used, the pack is not refundable, except where the law in your country requires otherwise or a technical problem on our side prevented you from getting the videos you paid for.

Quality problems

If a finished video is clearly broken, for example frozen, corrupted or missing the subject, write to us within 14 days with the video link and we will return the credits or refund the cost of that video.

How to ask

Email hello@vivimoai.com from the address on your account and include the date of purchase. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer refund requests within 2 business days.

生成失败

如果视频生成失败，消耗的积分会自动退回你的账户，无需联系我们。

未使用的积分包

购买后 14 天内，如果积分包中的积分一点都没用过，可以申请全额退款。

部分使用的积分包

积分包一旦使用了部分积分，就不再退款。但你所在国家的法律另有规定，或因我们的技术问题导致你没拿到已付费的视频的情况除外。

质量问题

如果成片明显损坏，例如画面卡住、文件损坏或主体丢失，请在 14 天内把视频链接发给我们，我们会退回积分或退还该视频的费用。

如何申请

用账户绑定的邮箱写信到 hello@vivimoai.com，注明购买日期。批准的退款会原路退回，一般需要 5 到 10 个工作日。

拒付

向银行发起争议之前，请先联系我们。我们会在 2 个工作日内回复退款申请。
