What is the Rumpelstiltskin AI meme?

The original AI video was posted on Instagram on 27 August 2026. It shows a short Rumpelstiltskin-like figure dancing for a woman in a barn, turning straw into gold, and becoming a prince after a kiss.

In late September 2026 the clip was paired with Riff Raff's song "Tip Toe Wing In My Jawwdinz", which is why it is also called the "Tip Toein' In My Jordans" meme.

One repost on X reached about 9.8 million views in five days in early October, NBC News covered the meme on 7 October, and NFL players performed the dance after a touchdown on 18 October.

Because of its 1980s look, many viewers thought it came from an old fairy-tale film. It is AI-generated.
